The present petition has been filed under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 [“ DRC Act ”] challenging the Order dated 03.02.2026 passed by the Court of learned Additional Rent Controller (Central), Delhi in the case, being RC ARC 152/2022, titled “Surender Kumar v. Mohd. Zaki & Ors.” , whereby the Application for leave to defend filed by the Petitioners herein was dismissed and the eviction Petition filed by the Respondent herein under Section 14(1)(e) read with Section 25B of the DRC Act was allowed with respect to the subject property situated at Ground Floor (Private No. 11) of property bearing No. 5182, Ballimaran, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006.
