The present Petition has been filed under Section 25B(8) of the

Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, seeking the following reliefs:

a) Set aside the judgment and eviction order dated 18.02.2026 passed by the Ld. ACJ-cum-CCJ-cum-ARC (South), Saket Courts, New Delhi in RC ARC No. 5958/2016;

b) Dismiss the eviction petition filed by the Respondents under Section 14(1)(e) of the Delhi Rent Control Act;

c) OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE, remand the matter for fresh consideration after proper appreciation of evidence and issues; and

d) pass such other or further order(s) as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
