“i) set-aside the Order dated 09.04.2025 passed by Ms. Arjinder Kaur Additional Rent Controller-02 (Central) Delhi in Misc RC/ARC No.68/2024 whereby the Ld. Additional Rent Controller has dismissed the application filed by the petitioners for setting aside ex-parte eviction order dated 04.09.2023 in RC/RAC No.403/2023 in case title “Raisuddin vs. Raisa Begum & Ors.” Passed by Additional Rent Controller-02 (Central) Delhi and also restore the possession of subject property/shop having measurement 8’x21 on the ground floor bearing No. 778, Ward No. IX, motor Market, Jama Masjid, Delhi-110006; And/or;

ii) set-aside ex-parte eviction order dated 04.09.2023 in RC/ RAC No.403/2023 in case title “Raisuddin vs. Raisa Begum & Ors.” passed by Ms. Neetu Nagar, ARC-02, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi;

iii) Any other appropriate order/direction may also be passed in favour of the petitioner against the respondents which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances stated herein above.”
