M/s United Radio Agencies, decided on 09.01.2026 by Ms. Divya Gupta, Ld. “i. Call the records of Eviction Petition No. E-1l8/2025 (RC ARC No. 401/2025) titled as Satish Chand Rastogi Vs M/s United Radio Agencies through its proprietor Sh. Vinod Mulchandani decided on 09.01.2026 by Ms. Divya Gupta, Ld. Additional Rent Controller - 02 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi;

ii. Set aside the impugned eviction order dated 09.01.2026 passed by Ms. Divya Gupta, Ld. Additional Rent Controller -02 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi and grant necessary leave to defend to the petitioner for contesting the eviction petition on merits, in order to meet the ends of justice;

iii. Pass any other or further order which this Hon'ble Court deems proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in favor of the petitioner and against the respondent.”
