This appeal has been filed by appellant/owner of offending vehicle assailing recovery rights granted to respondent no. 3/Insurance Company against him vide order dated 17^th September 2016 passed by Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (‘ MACT/Tribunal ’) West District, Tis Hazari Courts in Petition No. 76467/2016 .

It is submitted by Mr. Sameer Nandwani , counsel for appellant/ owner of offending vehicle, that a connected appeal being MAC APP. 1121/2017 , has already been disposed of vide order dated 13^th March 2026, on the ground that recovery rights granted to respondent no. 3/Insurance Company against appellant/owner of the offending vehicle could not be sustained since the driving license, fitness certificate and permit of the vehicle had subsequently been duly verified through an investigator employed by
