Heard learned counsel for the parties.

We have been informed that after passing of the order dated 20.11.2025 by the learned Single Judge which is under challenge before us in this appeal, the seniority list has been finalised by respondent - Delhi Transco Limited vide office order dated 13.01.2026.

Learned counsel for the appellant, thus, states that the appellant may be permitted to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to represent his cause against the seniority list circulated vide officer order dated 13.01.2026 with the appropriate authority of respondent - Delhi Transco Limited.
