Under challenge in this appeal is an order dated 18.08.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge on the writ petition instituted by the appellant, whereby only notices have been issued to the respondents, who have also been directed to file counter affidavit(s) and further the matter has been ordered to be listed for arguments on the application for grant of stay and maintainability of the petition on 25.09.2026.

The order impugned in this appeal is purely interlocutory in nature;
