The instant application has been filed seeking to withdraw the present appeal in terms of the settlement which has taken place between the parties.

Learned counsel for the parties jointly submitted that during the pendency of the present appeal, the parties have entered into a settlement vide an agreement dated 26.06.2026 and the needful has been done in terms thereof. They prayed that in terms of the settlement, the appeal be disposed of.

The appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement dated 26.06.2026. The parties shall remain bound by the terms thereof. The Registry shall supply a copy of the settlement alongwith a certified copy of the order instant (in case the settlement in original has been produced).
