This appeal is filed against the order dated 26.05.2026 whereby an exparte interim injunction was granted under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 of the CPC.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties, it is revealed that the appellants have not yet filed reply to the application filed under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 of the CPC.

Learned counsel for the appellants fairly submits that the reply will be filed within three weeks from today with advance copy to the opposite counsel. The date fixed before the court is 16.11.2026 and let that be preponed.

In view of the limited prayer, this appeal is disposed of with the directions that reply, if any, to the application under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2 of the CPC be filed within three weeks from today.

Rejoinder, if any, be filed within one week thereafter.
