Learned counsel for the appellant, while referring to the order dated 19.01.2026, submits that the balance amount of Rs.1,35,480/-, which has been deposited with the learned Commissioner (Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923), be released to the respondent no. 3, namely, Smt . Sunita , W/o Sh . Ashok Ram .

Respondent no. 3, who is present in person and identified by S.I. Priyank Kumar , P.S. Anand Vihar, also affirms that only the aforesaid amount remains to be paid, as she has already received an amount of Rs.7.5 lakhs pursuant to the settlement arrived at in the quashing proceedings arising out of FIR No.
