This is a joint application filed on behalf of the parties seeking issuance of a consent decree in terms of a Mediation Settlement Agreement dated 31.07.2026.

Respective counsel for the parties jointly submit that all outstanding disputes between the parties stand resolved in terms of the aforesaid Mediation Settlement Agreement. The Mediation Settlement Agreement has been placed on record.

Respective counsel, on instructions, submit that the parties shall remain bound with the terms thereof and shall duly perform their respective obligations thereunder.
