This application is filed jointly on behalf of Plaintiffs and the Defendant under Order XXIII Rule 3 read with 151 CPC for recordal of settlement between the parties.

The suit was instituted by the Plaintiffs seeking permanent injunction restraining the Defendant and all others acting on its behalf from infringing the patent rights of Plaintiff No. 1 and Plaintiff No. 2 under Indian Patent No. 298645 by using directly or indirectly the compound of Formula 3 as claimed in claim 12 of the suit patent IN 298645, amongst other reliefs.
