CRL.REV.P. 606/2025. By the impugned order dated 12.11.2025, the learned Magistrate dismissed the application under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 [“CrPC”], filed by the petitioner herein. The said order was affirmed by the learned Sessions Court vide order dated 05.01.2026, holding that the revision petition was not maintainable against an order rejecting an application under Section 311 of CrPC, and also on merits.
