By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs:-

"A. To summon the record of Trial Court pertaining to the Hon'ble Court of Ms. Upasna Satija, MM/North (Mahila Court-02), Rohini Courts, Delhi, in CC No. 1909/2021 titled as "Smt. Anju Bansal & Ors. Vs. Anuj Kumar Bansal and record of appellate comt of Sh. Gagandeep Singh, Special Judge (NDPS), North Rohini Courts Delhi in Crl. Appeal No. 64/2021 titled as "Anuj Kumar Bansal Vs Anju Bansal & Ors.
