By way of the present application filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita 2023, the petitioner seeks extension of parole for a period of 60 days. Parole was initially granted to the petitioner vidé order dated 05.02.2026 passed by the concerned prison authorities, and was thereafter extended by this court from timeto-time, which extension runs-out today. The Petitioner was released from custody on 09.02.2026 and has been out on parole ever-since.
