By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 read with Article 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners seek following reliefs:-

“a. Set aside the order dated 20.05.2026, to the extent that it denied supply of unrelied upon Documents and/ or their List to the Petitioners, rendered by the Ld. Trial Court in IA No.72/2026 arising out of Complaint Case No.22/2024 titled as “ED v. Arvind Dham & Ors.’;

b. Declare an authoritative law uniquely propounded by the Petitioners to bring an end to a host of long pending controversy/ dispute inter alia that a Proposed Accused/ Accused shall have to press their right from statute to defend their natural right to life and liberty so recognised by the Constitution of India; and/ or

c. Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the
