By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks issuance of Writ for quashing of FIR No.106/2025 dated 24.11.2025 registered at PS.: Cyber South Saket, New Delhi under Sections 318(4)/319/340 Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ( BNS ) and all proceedings emanating therefrom, in view of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 12.02.2026 [ Annexure A2 ] arrived at between the petitioner and the respondent no.2, which is accompanied by their respective proofs of identity.
