Complaint dated 12.08.2022 under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 (PWDV Act) was filed by the respondent herein i.e. Ms. Kiran Wadhwa and her son inter alia seeking issuance of protection order and other relief.

Learned Trial Court issued notice to all concerned respondents vide order dated 08.09.2022.

The present petition has been filed by two such persons i.e. Ms. Pooja Sharma and Mr. Vaibhav Sharma, who seek quashing of abovesaid proceedings qua them.

None is appearing on behalf of petitioners.

However, learned counsel for the respondent/complainant submits that the present petition does not survive any more as the parties have already entered into amicable out of Court settlement and the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by the parties has also been placed before the learned Trial Court and resultantly, the complainant i.e. Ms. Kiran Wadhwa has already withdrawn her abovesaid complaint. She refers to order dated 08.04.2025 whereby such complaint has been dismissed as withdrawn. Copy
