After some arguments, Mr. Pushpinder Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw these petitions, without prejudice to the rights and contentions available to the petitioner before the Trial Court.

Mr. Singh also submits that the petitioner is not a resident of Delhi, and may be permitted to seek exemption from personal appearance before the Trial Court. The petitioner may make such an application to the Trial Court, which the Trial Court is requested to consider in accordance with law.

The petitions, alongwith pending applications, are dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation on the merits of the case, or on any proposed application before the Trial Court, which may be considered by the Trial Court in accordance with law.

Needless to say, as notice has not been issued to the respondent, the rights and contentions of all parties remain reserved.
