The petitioner/husband/judgement debtor has assailed order dated 07.07.2026 of the learned Judge (Family Court), whereby his application for cancellation of non-bailable warrants was dismissed as non-maintainable since the earlier issued NBWs had returned unexecuted. By way of the impugned order, the petitioner was directed to appear physically on 09.07.2026, but he did not appear.

It is submitted by learned counsel for petitioner that on 09.07.2026, he informed the learned Family Court that in the present petition, mentioning had been allowed by the Hon’ble Chief Justice on 09.07.2026, so the Family Court adjourned the matter to this day and today, the matter has been kept for 04:00pm. But as per Court Master, there is no report regarding the alleged mentioning of the matter by learned counsel for petitioner. It appears that before Family Court, a false statement was made.
