By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.47/2018 dated 13.04.2018 registered at PS.: Tilak Marg, Delhi under Sections 354/354D/506/509 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ( IPC ) as also all proceedings emanating therefrom, in view of the No Objection Cirtificate/ Affidavit given by the respondent no.2.

Issue notice. Learned APP for the State and respondent no.2, present in Court, accept notice and submits that they have no objection to the quashing of the aforesaid FIR.
