% 10.04.2026 1. Petitioners seek quashing of FIR Nos. 913/2021 and 914/2021, registered at PS Karol Bagh, Delhi, for commission of offences under Sections 323/341 IPC.

The police has already filed “ cancellation reports” but fact remains “Protest Petitions” have also been filed by the concerned Complainant, which are pending consideration.

After hearing arguments for some time, Mr. Ashok Kumar Jain, the petitioner who appears in person for himself as well as for his son i.e. other petitioner Siddharth Jain, does not press the present petitions at this stage. He, however, seeks liberty to approach this Court again at a later stage, if,
