The present petition is filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No. 12/2025 dated 11.01.2025, registered at police station Wazirabad for the offences under Sections 447/420/467/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’) including the proceedings emanating therefrom.

It is submitted by the respondents that all aspects of the matter have been examined thoroughly. Even the petition be treated to be the petitioners’ representation and eventually if no case is made out, the report of closure be presented otherwise the chargesheet shall be filed.

In view of the aforesaid, at this stage, no interference is called for.
