All these matters are scheduled for further consideration on 24^th instant.

Petitioner, who is common in all the four petitions, seeks quashing of four separate FIRs.

Separate applications seeking withdrawal of all four writ petitions have been filed in all the abovesaid four matters.

The cases were earlier pending in Punjab and it has been informed that as per the order of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Transfer Petition (Criminal) Nos. 613-616/2019 filed by the State of Punjab, all these petitions have now been directed to be transferred to Delhi.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that, as per the instructions, petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing with the present petitions and, therefore, these maybe permitted to be withdrawn, with liberty to take any other remedy, as permissible under law.

of India (SEBI) is present and submits that, on the last date, learned counsel for petitioner had assured that petitioner would appear before the concerned Court of Delhi, on the date fixed.

He submits that the next date before the learned Trial Court is 19.02.2026.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that he has no knowledge about the next date but he would convey the abovesaid fact to the petitioner so that he makes himself available before the learned Trial Court on the said date.

In view of the above, while allowing the abovesaid applications, all the four petitions are, hereby, disposed of as not pressed.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open.

Applicant shall appear before the learned Trial Court on the said date i.e. 19.02.2026.
