By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

“1. Direct an independent fair and impartial investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) into the entire matter, as the petitioner is suffering serious and continuous harassment for a long time.

2. On 21/03/2025 Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction for MLC (SG Hospital) for Remove (quashing) the false police complaints filed in CCTNS. against the petitioner As are annexed as Annexure P-12 (Page No. 195-198).

3. Direct the concerned police authorities to register an FIR on the complaints submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law.

4. Direct the respondents to cancel and expunge the false report prepared by IO/HC Bhavesh and to delete all incorrect

and adverse entries made in the police records/computer system. The said false reports are annexed herewith as Annexure P-13. (Page No. 234-235)

5. Direct appropriate legal and departmental action against the concerned police officials/persons, including those responsible for preparing or supporting false reports and nonaction on genuine complaints. The false statements of Ct. Kaseem Khan as annexed as Annexure P-2 (Page No. 201214).

6. Direct the respondents to delete/cancel all false statements and adverse remarks recorded against the petitioner and take appropriate action against the persons responsible. as Annexure P-12 (Page No. 201-214).

7. Award compensation to the petitioner for mental harassment, loss or time, reputation, and financial loss caused due to illegal actions of the respondents. Because year I was harassed from year 2005 to year 2026

8. Pass appropriate orders for action against the guilty police officers/persons in accordance with law.

9. Pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, proper, and in the interest of justice.

10. Provide Protection to the Petitioner My Lord "Direct the Respondent Authorities to provide necessary protection to the Petitioner."”

After some arguments, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

As such, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.
