By virtue of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.529/2025 dated 03.10.2025 registered at PS.: Rajouri Garden, Delhi under Sections 115/126(2)/110/3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ( BNS ) and all proceedings emanating therefrom, in view of the Settlement dated 13.11.2025 [ Annexure C ] arrived at between the petitioners and the respondent nos.3 to 4 before Gurdwara Guru Nanak Sangat Sikh Bhat Biradri (Regd.), Subhash Nagar, New Delhi-110027, which is accompanied by their respective proofs of identities.

Learned APP for the State accepts notice, and he submits that he has no objection to the quashing of the present FIR.

Respondent nos.2 to 4, present in Court, also accepts notices and they affirm the terms of the aforesaid Settlement, and state that they have no objection to the quashing of the present FIR. 5. The petitioners and the respondent nos.2 to 4, present in Court, as well as their credentials, as on record, have been identified by the Investigating Officers. 6. Since, a Settlement has already been arrived at voluntarily between the parties, as also since accompanying affidavit(s) of the parties involved have also been filed herewith, the parties shall remain bound by all the terms and conditions thereof. As such, following the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in Jitendra Raghuvanshi & Ors. vs. Babita Raguvanshi & Anr. (2013) 4 SCC 58 , Gian Singh vs. State of Punjab & Anr. (2012) 10 SCC 303 and Narinder Singh & Ors. vs. State of Punjab & Anr. (2014) 6 SCC 466 , continuation of the present FIR against the petitioners will be an exercise in futility.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed and FIR No.529/2025 dated 03.10.2025 registered at PS.: Rajouri Garden, Delhi under Sections 115/126(2)/110/3(5) of the BNS and all proceedings emanating therefrom are hereby quashed. Considering the public machinery was involved and as a gesture of goodwill, all the petitioners as well as respondent nos. 2 to 4, undertake to distribute stationary items being note-books, pens, pencils, sharpeners, bags, sports kits equivalent to a total amount of Rs.1,10,000/( Rupees One Lakh Ten Thousand Only ), which shall be split by each of the aforesaid parties equally, to the Municipal Corporation Primary
