impediments which had obstructed the execution of the Road OverBridge [ “ROB” ] and Road Under-Bridge [ “RUB” ] project on the stretch between Sultanpuri and Punjabi Basti , particularly on account of the occupation of certain portions of the subject land by private occupants, have since been substantially resolved pursuant to the disposal of a batch of Writ Petitions instituted by such occupants vide Judgment dated 30.06.2026. He further submits that, under the said Judgment, the occupants were granted a period of three (03) months to vacate the subject land.
