The present Petition, filed under Section 2(b) read with Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, seeks the following reliefs:

“(i) Issue notice of contempt against the respondent no.l & 2 / contemnor no.l & 2 for violation of settlement agreement dated 05.12.2014 in CS (OS) 3152/2012 and on their appearance they be prosecuted for contempt and punished in accordance with law.

(ii) Pass an order restraining the office of Tehsildar / Patwari, South West District, GNCTD, SDM office Mandi, Najafgarh, New Delhi-43 from mutating the said property in name Smt Om Wati respondent/ contemnor no.l

(iii) Set aside order dated order dated 27.05.2019 passed by Sub Divisional Magistrate/ Revenue Assistant (Najafgarh), South West District, GNCTD, SDM office complex, Delhi

(iv) Pass such other and further order as this Hon’ble court may be deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the petitioner.”
