The present application avers that the SDM, Mehrauli, has passed a final order dated 03.06.2025 disposing of the main matter out of which the present contempt petition arises. It is submitted that thereby, the present contempt petition has been rendered infructuous.

A copy of the order dated 03.06.2025 has been enclosed along with the present application.

The application accordingly seeks that the present contempt proceedings be discharged / disposed of.
