The present Petition, under Section 9 of the Arbitration and

Conciliation Act, 1996 [“ Act ”], seeks the following reliefs:

“a. Pass an order directing the Respondent No.1 to not invoke the Bank Guarantee bearing no. 7202NDDG00003525 dated 01.08.2024 for a sum of Rs. 53,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty-Three Lakhs Only) of the Petitioner issued by Respondent no.2 and 3;

b. Direct the Respondent no.2 and 3 to not process the Bank Guarantee bearing no. 7202NDDG00003525 dated 01.08.2024 for a sum of Rs. 53,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty-Three Lakhs Only) in favour the Respondent no.1;

c. Pass an order of injunction restraining the Respondent no.1 from terminating the Contract arising out of Letter of Acceptance dated 04.07.2024 which issued for work at total cost of Rs. 5,30,00,000/in violation of the understanding and Agreement between the Parties;

d. Pass any such order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in accordance with the facts of the present case.”
