Hon'ble Court of Sh, Devender Kumar, Ld. Judge Family Court, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, in case titled as Mr. Aman Gaur Vs. Mrs. Saumya Abha in H.M.A. Petition No.86 of 2024 by directing for Written Statement be taken on record, which has already been filed;

b) pass the direction to disposal of Application U/s 24 of HMA 1955, of Petitioner herein, expeditiously;

c) pass the direction to the Respondent herein for payment of litigation charges at earliest;
