- The present petition has been filed assailing the condition imposed in paragraph 29 of the order dated 06.02.2026 passed by the learned District Judge-02, North District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, in CS DJ No. 203/2022, whereby the petitioner/defendant was directed to deposit 30% of the suit amount while granting leave to defend.
- After advancing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. He, however, prays that the time granted to the petitioner for depositing the aforesaid amount in terms of the order dated 06.02.2026 be extended by four weeks.
- The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition. The time for depositing Rs. 2,10,000/-, being 30% of the suit amount of Rs. 7,00,000/, is extended by four weeks from today. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
