The present Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908,

seeks the following reliefs:

“(a) To set aside the impugned order dated 27.02.2026 passed by the Court of Ms. Namrita Aggarwal, Judge, Family Court-02, South-East (S-E) District, Saket Court, New Delhi in Mt. No. 206/2018 titled as “Smt. Mehul Singh Ahluwalia vs. Sh. Rishi Verma”, in the interest of justice.

(b) To pass directions to order as per Hon’ble Supreme Court Judgment in Rajnesh v. Neha (2020), to order for interim maintenance, after discovery and production of respondent’s true incomes, assets and properties, transferred by respondent to his family members and others, as disputes exists and after petitioner’s Order 11 Rule 12 and 14 C.P.C. applications are decided first. (c) To pass directions to order for Forensic Examination of Forged signatures by the Central Forensic Scientific Laboratory (CFSL), Lodhi Road, New Delhi and Commissioner of Police New Delhi to lodge FIRs against the respondent, his family members and other.
