The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 assailing the order dated 18^th March, 2026 passed by the learned Trial Court in CS/SCJ/3375/2019, whereby the application filed by the petitioner/defendant under Section 151 of the CPC has been dismissed.

Upon the petitioner taking necessary steps, let notice be issued to the respondent through all permissible modes returnable on 22^nd September, 2026.

It is made clear that there is no stay of proceedings before the learned Trial Court.
