By virtue of the present application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ( BNSS ), the applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.509/2025 dated 29.11.2025 registered at PS.: Budh Vihar, New Delhi under Sections 74/75 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ( BNS ) and Section 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.

Considering the assertions made, grounds raised and the arguments addressed by the learned counsel for the applicant, though the learned APP for the State has controverted the same, however, he, upon

instructions from the Investigating Officer (IO), submits that since the applicant has already joined the investigation and he has been participating therein, including sharing certain details, the applicant shall not be arrested without proceeding in accordance with law. He, however, submits that further interrogation of the applicant is very much required to unearth all the essential details/ facts qua the present FIR. For this, he submits that the applicant shall be called for custodial interrogation, if as and when required.

In response, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall continue to join and participate in the investigation, if as and when called.

As such, the present anticipatory bail application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
