Pursuant to order dated 10.03.2026, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent (NCB) has handed-up a copy of Status Report dated 11.03.2026. The same is taken on record.

The petitioner seeks interim bail on the ground of serious ailment of her minor son, who is about 02-years old.

Mr. J.S. Kushwaha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner draws attention to order dated 16.02.2026 passed by this Bench in BAIL APPLN. No.586/2026 to submit, that having explained the identity of the petitioner and the discrepancy in her name, as recorded in para 9 of order dated 16.02.2026, this court was pleased to grant to the petitioner interim bail for a period of 02 weeks commencing 21.02.2026, subject to the conditions set-out in that order.

Mr. Kushwaha submits, that the petitioner has not been able to avail the interim bail, since she is also in judicial custody in the present

case. It is submitted, that in the said connected matter, the State has already verified the medical condition of the petitioner’s 02-year old son, who needs an eye implant since he has been diagnosed with Bilateral Retinoblastoma (eye cancer); and has already undergone left eyeball removal (enucleation).

Mr. Kushwaha submits, that the petitioner be granted the same relief in the present case as has been granted to her in that matter, failing which the interim bail granted in the connected matter would also be of no avail.

Learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent (NCB) draws attention to Medical Status Report dated 14.01.2026 received from the jail hospital in relation to the child’s condition; and having so submitted, leaves it to the court to pass appropriate orders. Counsel also submits, that the petitioner was declared proclaimed offender in the present case.

Be that as it may, considering what was recorded in order dated 16.02.2026 passed by this Bench in BAIL APPLN. No. 586/2026, this court is persuaded to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, the petitioner is admitted to interim bail for a period of 02 weeks from the date of her release and contemporaneously with her release in case FIR No.146/2025 dated 13.06.2025 registered under section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at P.S.: Kishan Garh, South-West Delhi, upon the same conditions as contained in paras 11.1 to 11.7 of order dated 16.02.2026.
