Status Report has been filed by the learned APP to the effect that the surgery of the father of the Applicant is scheduled for 25.04.2026 and as it has been portrayed that there is nobody else to look after the well being of the father of the Applicant, therefore, it is appellant, who has to shoulder the responsibility in this context. Another brother is there, but it is submitted that he is not in contact with his father and he is not living with the family nor assisting in any manner.

In such circumstances, the interim bail granted to the Applicant is extended till 28.04.2026 on the same terms and conditions.
