Learned prosecutor assisted by IO/SI Narender Singh does not dispute that the role ascribed to the present accused/applicant is similar to that ascribed to the remaining three accused persons namely Laiq Ahmed and Suphiyan Ali as well as Farid.

The detailed circumstances in which the said co-accused persons were granted bail are already described in Annexures P-7 and P-8 to the bail application, raising doubt about truthfulness of the contents of the FIR in the light of CCTV Footage, coupled with unexplained delay of two days in lodging the complaint; and the mystery as to why so many armed persons would enter house of a jeweller and flee away after only snatching out an anklet from foot of wife of the complainant de facto.

Therefore, the application is allowed and the accused/applicant is directed to be released on bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court concerned.

Copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for informing the accused/applicant.
