By virtue of the present application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ( BNSS ), the applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.353/2025 dated 03.11.2025, at PS.: Preet Vihar, Delhi registered under Section 209 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ( BNS ).

At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has since deposited a Demand Draft bearing no. 415369 dated 19.12.2025 for an amount of Rs.33,148/- with the Registrar General of this Court in compliance with the order dated 20.04.2026. The aforesaid, as
