By virtue of the present application under Section 483 read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ( BNSS ), the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted for a period of thirty days in FIR No.491/2025 dated 25.07.2025 registered at PS.: Ranhola, Outer District, Delhi under Sections 109(1)/191(2)/191(3)/190/3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ( BNS ) and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959.
