Applicant seeks regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.212/2024 dated 27.10.2024, registered at Crime Branch, for commission of offences under Sections 22(c)/25 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act, 1985 .

One of the reasons assigned by learned counsel for the applicant is to the effect that the applicant was arrested in November, 2024 and charges have yet not been ascertained.

The next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 09.07.2026.

Learned Addl. P.P. for the State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, submits that requisite FSL report has already been received.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, would not press the present application at this juncture, if the learned Trial Court is requested to ascertain the charges
