The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 577/2025 of PS Prasad Nagar for offence under Section 318(4)/319(2)/238/204/305/ 317(2)/61(2)/3(5) of BNS.

The allegation against the accused/applicant is that along with the coaccused persons, he conducted fake raid of income tax on the premises of the complainant de facto. One of the accused persons was wearing police uniform. The CCTV footage has been shown in Court.

After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this regular bail application with liberty to file afresh subsequent to testimony of the complainant de facto, for which trial is stated to be already listed on 14.10.2026.
