Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is in jail since 15.06.2025 and there is no incriminating material against him.

The said submission has been strongly opposed by learned counsel for the respondent. She submits that the charge sheet has already been filed in the month of November 2025.

The Court, thus, finds that when the application of the present applicant was rejected by the Trial Court i.e. on 07.08.2025, it was not
