Applicant seeks grant/extension of interim bail which was granted to him by this Court on 20.08.2026.

Earlier, the bail had been granted, primarily, for the reason that his mother had to undergo eye surgery and he, being the only son, wanted to be besides her at the time of such surgical intervention.

It is informed that the surgery has already taken place but his mother is still admitted in Apex Plus Super Specialty Hospital situated at Rohtak. Documents to that effect have been also shown during course of the arguments, which are directed to be taken on record.

The connected bail application of co-accused are listed for further consideration before this Court on 15.10.2026. On 15.09.2026, while taking
