Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states at the outset that, three public witnesses, being the family members of the deceased, are yet to be examined, and that the report of the Forensic Science Laboratory [“FSL”], with regard to blood sampling, is awaited. She submits that the FSL has not submitted the report despite reminders. 3. In view of the above submissions, Mr. Jai Prakash Gautam, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application
