The present application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking regular bail in FIR No. 408/2026 registered at Police Station Narela, District North, under Sections 69/79 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

As per the case of the prosecution, the prosecutrix and the petitioner had become acquainted with each other through social media and had remained in contact for about one and a half years. It is alleged that the petitioner established physical relations with the prosecutrix on the pretext of marriage and thereafter refused to marry her. medical examination and recording of her statement, the aforesaid FIR came to be registered on 05.07.2026.

The petitioner was arrested on 09.07.2026 from his native village in Bihar and was thereafter brought to Delhi pursuant to transit remand. During the pendency of the present proceedings, interim bail was granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.07.2026.

Today, the prosecutrix is present in Court. She submits that she has solemnised her marriage with the petitioner and that both of them are living together happily.

Learned APP for the State has been heard.

In view of the statement made by the prosecutrix and the subsequent development that the petitioner and the prosecutrix have solemnised their marriage and are living together, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.07.2026 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions.

There shall be no requirement for the petitioner to furnish fresh bail bonds.

The present application is accordingly allowed and stands disposed of in the above terms.

Copy of the order be communicated to the concerned jail Superintendent and the learned Trial Court for necessary information and compliance.
