By virtue of the present application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ( BNSS ), the applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in eFIR No.80005516/2026 dated 18.01.2026 registered at PS.: Old Delhi Railway Station, Delhi under Sections 303(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 ( BNS ).

At the outset, learned APP has handed over a copy of order dated 02.07.2026 passed by the learned ACJM-02 (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi entitled “ State vs. Rahul Pandey ”, which is taken on record. He submits that as apparent therefrom, the applicant has been declared an absconder.

To this, learned counsel for applicant submits that he is initiating appropriate steps in accordance with law qua the same.

Considering that the applicant has already been declared as an absconder by the learned Trial Court vide order dated 02.07.2026, and

Accordingly, the present application alongwith the pending application is dismissed.
