By way of the present application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 0003/2010 dated 04.01.2010, registered at Police Station Burari, North District, Delhi, for the offence punishable under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

After some arguments, Mr. Daviender Hora, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, while requesting that the proceedings pending before the learned Trial Court be expedited.

The present bail application alongwith pending applications is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.

However, it shall be open to the applicant to move an appropriate application before the learned Trial Court seeking expeditious conclusion
