- The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 83/2026 of Police Station Jafrabad for offence under Section 318(4)/316(2)/338/ 336(3)/340(2)/351(3)/61(2)/3(5) BNS.
2 Vide order dated 07.05.2026, I granted no interim protection from arrest in view of nature of the allegations. That order was challenged by the accused/applicant before the Hon’ble Supreme Court but the order was not unsettled. Thereafter on 05.06.2026, HMJ Saurabh Banerjee as Vacation Judge granted interim protection to the accused/applicant from arrest till this date. That being so, it would be proper if this application is heard by HMJ Saurabh Banerjee.
