The present application has been filed seeking regular bail in connection with FIR No. 149/2019, dated 29.04.2019, registered at Police Station Swaroop Nagar under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

It is noted that the applicant’s last application for bail before the learned Sessions Court was dismissed on 28.11.2024, i.e., a considerable time prior to the filing of the present application.

Mr. Rajat Wadhwa, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that, in the interregnum, this Court has granted bail to a co-accused vide order dated 12.03.2026 passed in BAIL APPLN. 4902/2025.

In view of the aforesaid changed circumstances, Mr. Wadhwa seeks permission to withdraw the present application, without prejudice to the applicant’s right to approach the learned Sessions Court, in
